⭐HEAD OF SERVICE – CORPORATE PARENTING⭐

This is a new role reporting to the Assistant Director of Regulated Services. You will have operational oversight of the Residential Portfolio, Fostering, CLA, Care Leavers, SGO & Kinship Care.

– 6 Months (likely extension)
– Inside IR35

You will have operational oversight of the Residential Portfolio, Fostering, CLA, Care Leavers, SGO & Kinship Care.

* Within the directorate, there is a big piece of work around unregulated provision in line with the legislative changes.
* As the appointed leader you will be someone who can operate in both the strategic and operational sphere including looking at sufficiency strategy and corporate parenting agendas
* One of the key areas of focus will be modernisation of the fostering service, it requires complete overhaul with strategic direction.
