* Managing a Team of 4 Finance Business Partners covering Adults Social Care, Children’s Social Care and Education Services. In addition, there is a team of 6 Assistant Finance Business Partners supporting these Services
* Providing the strategic overview and direction for these Services
* Leading the budget monitoring process for these Services
* Streamlining and standardisation of the reports for these areas
* Improving the Finance Team and support to Social Care and Education Services, building on the improvements implemented for Children’s Services
* Attending Senior Management meetings supporting the 3 Executive Directors
