Role Overview:
Our customer in Mechelen is looking for an experienced Freelance CRM Lead to take ownership of their CRM landscape and drive continuous improvement across business and technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping CRM strategy, leading implementations, and ensuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 is optimally aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the CRM Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365, owning the functional and strategic roadmap
· Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
· Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (business users, IT teams, partners)
· Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM
· Ensure best practices around data quality, governance, and user adoption
· Support change management, user training, and go-live activities
· Identify opportunities to enhance CRM usage, automation, and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven experience as a CRM Lead, CRM Manager, or Senior CRM Consultant
· Strong hands-on and functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
· Solid understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or similar)
· Experience working in a lead role with multiple stakeholders
· Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (50% onsite in Mechelen)
