Hazard Surveyor

A Social Housing Client in the South West are looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months (high chance of extension)
 
Ideally you will:

• Be RICS or CIOB qualified (not essential if you have the relevant experience)
• Based in a commutable distance to South West (one site work and 1 day in the office)
• Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity. 

Responsibilities include:

• Damp and Mould assessments.
• General Building Surveying duties
