Senior FP&A Analyst (18-Month Project)

Our client is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join an 18-month strategic project. This role will focus on financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis while coordinating finance activities across teams in Belgium, the US, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and statistical reporting.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Coordinate reporting activities across Belgian, US, and Indian teams.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP reporting standards.
- Support finance transformation and reporting improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Corporate Finance.

- KPI Reporting
- Good understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Excel and reporting systems knowledge (Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
