For a Belgian construction customer, we are searching for a freelance Gestionnaire de Chantier for a €90m project in Marche-en-Famenne.
Tasks
- You are responsible for the management of one or more major construction sites in the Brussels region.
- You supervise a team of team leaders, workers and subcontractors.
- You are responsible for drawing up quantity surveys, progress reports, work and statements, ordering materials and checking working hours.
- You are actively involved in the general monitoring of the construction site, particularly with regard to construction systems, planning, safety and quality.
Profile
- You love working outdoors!
- You have a bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent experience.
- You have acquired relevant experience as a site manager in structural work (concrete) and/or finishing.
- In addition, you are flexible, have a sense of contact and are a good team manager.
- Experience in coordinating large construction sites is a major asset.
