Role Overview:
Communicate in-depth with the client to understand their business processes & needs (leading workshops, meetings, …).
Evaluate the customer’s business processes against the defined solution, write functional design documents, and provide accurate estimates.
Configure the defined solution to meet the customer’s needs.
Guide the client in optimizing business processes, following standard best practices.
Collaborate with developers and/or partners to ensure proper implementation of required modifications.
Take the lead in specific functional tracks such as billing, CRM, contract management, … in alignment with best practices.
Create and execute functional test scenarios & scripts, supporting the client during testing.
Coach & train colleagues, partners, and clients to enhance their skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., billing, CRM, financials, supply chain).
- Business process analysis and modeling expertise.
- Energy & utilities sector experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
