Functional Analyst – Antwerp (Belgium)
A customer in Antwerp is looking for a trilingual Functional Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, feasible, and user-friendly IT solutions.
You will work closely with colleagues from Digital Services and the business to ensure projects run smoothly from analysis through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into precise requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct impact and feasibility analyses to support decision-making.
- Guide development teams with clear functional input and monitor solution delivery.
- Prepare data analyses and migration activities.
- Define test scenarios, execute testing, and provide go/no-go recommendations.
- Document processes, provide training, and support colleagues and end-users.
- Actively contribute ideas for process and tool optimization.

- 5+ Years as a Functional Analyst
- Trilingual
