About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Full Stack Engineer with a deep passion for software development and problem-solving. This role is open to engineers from any modern software stack—we value strong fundamentals, adaptability, and curiosity over specific tools or frameworks.
You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling impactful healthcare-focused software systems. This position offers significant ownership, technical influence, and a clear path toward growing into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
- Collaborate closely with product, clinical, and business stakeholders to build healthcare-driven solutions
- Make architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies where appropriate
- Mentor other engineers as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
- Comfort working across multiple layers of a system (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud)
- Experience with a broad software stack (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, Rust, c++ etc.)
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
- Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Passion for healthcare, life sciences, or medically adjacent domains
- Ability to think critically about scalability, security, and data integrity—especially in healthcare contexts
- Self-driven, curious, and motivated to take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, bioinformatics, or regulated environments
- Experience building early-stage or high-growth products
