Role Overview
We are seeking a Medior Software Engineer to take ownership of the platform’s Compliance Engine—turning complex regulatory requirements into secure, auditable, and reliable software. This is a hands-on engineering role working across Python/Django and React within a high-integrity, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement immutable data governance features (hashing, versioning, dataset freezing).
- Strengthen platform security in alignment with ISO 27001, including RBAC and forensic audit logging.
- Build AI-governance features such as model card generation, bias detection integrations, and data lineage tracking.
- Contribute to full-stack platform architecture using Django (backend) and React (frontend).
- Collaborate with Quality & Compliance leadership to ensure technical features meet regulatory controls.
Requirements (Qualifications / Skills & Experience)
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django) and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Experience or strong interest in high-integrity systems (medical, finance, or similar).
- Understanding of secure coding, input sanitisation, and immutable logging.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Essential
- Python/Django expertise

- Strong security and data-integrity mindset
- Experience with complex or regulated data systems
Desirable
- Experience with Docker and containerised deployment
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 13485, HIPAA, or GDPR
- Interest in MLOps and ML governance tooling

- Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross per month
