Frontend Developer

Job Title: Freelance Front End Developer (NextJS)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (2 days minimum per week on-site)
Job Type: Freelance Contract (12+ Months)
Languages: English is required

About the Role:
We are looking for a Freelance Frontend Developer to join a e-commerce company based in Amsterdam. This role involves working on the NextJS-based platform that powers the entire e-commerce for the organisation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain NextJS / TypeScript based frontend applications.
• Build and improve interactive UI components and forms.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and scientists to improve the user experience.
• Ensure a smooth and scalable frontend architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Production experience in NextJS
• Previous experience working on NodeJS applications
• Other skills: Server-Side Rendering, GCP, Docker, GIT, Agile etc
• Be comfortable visiting the Amsterdam office 2 days minimum per week
• Communicate fluently in English
• Able to work as a Freelance in the Netherlands (ZZP / BV)
