Senior Mechanical Engineer (Autodesk Inventor | Industrial Automation)
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in Autodesk Inventor and a background in industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing conveyors, robotic cells, and custom automation equipment from concept through manufacturing and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor.
Lead projects from concept, detailed design, and prototyping to production release.
Develop conveyors, robotic integration systems, and automated machinery.
Create detailed drawings, BOMs, and documentation for manufacturing.
Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-ups, and FEA as needed.
Collaborate with controls engineers, integrators, and fabrication teams.
Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial automation or custom machinery design.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
Experience with conveyors, robotics integration, or automated equipment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine design principles.
Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
