Freelance RELEX Expert (Retail / Supply Chain)

We are looking for an experienced RELEX Expert to support the go-live and adoption of an advanced planning tool within a retail environment. You will work closely with both business and project teams to ensure a smooth rollout and effective use of the solution across demand planning and replenishment.

Location: Belgium – Hybrid (~50% on-site) 
 Work mode: Hybrid (on-site & remote)
 Contract length: Until end of year + likely extension
 Start date: May 
 Languages: English (French is a huge bonus) 
 Rate: Competitive 

Responsibilities
 🔹 Support the go-live of the RELEX platform across distribution and supply chain operations
 🔹 Drive adoption of the tool in a low-maturity environment (first-time users)
 🔹 Work across demand planning and replenishment functionalities
 🔹 Guide users through different RELEX modules and capabilities
 🔹 Support decisions around distribution setup (product vs supplier level)
 🔹 Collaborate with project and field teams to optimize processes and usage
