Freelance Project Manager / Project Leader – HVAC
Location: Flanders, Belgium
Work model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week on site)

Due to a high and continuous volume of HVAC projects, we are looking to strengthen our project management capacity with experienced HVAC Project Managers / Project Leaders.
Role & Responsibilities
🔹Take over projects after the sales phase and manage them from A to Z
🔹Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle
🔹Build, coordinate, and lead the internal project team
🔹Manage subcontractors, including contracts, administration, and coordination
🔹Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC installations
🔹Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
🔹Coordinate closely with engineers, administrative support, and site supervisors
🔹Lead a project team of typically 4–5 people and act as head of the team
🔹Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders (internal and external)
