Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Data Analytics Engineer to strengthen an existing data team and support the development of scalable data pipelines and high-quality reporting solutions. This is a long-term freelance assignment with a strong hands-on component, combining data engineering and analytics responsibilities.

Location: Antwerp
Work mode: Hybrid (4 days on site)
Language: Dutch (mandatory), English is a plus
Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain ETL/data pipelines
Prepare and structure analytical and formatted data models
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
Work with Microsoft Fabric for data processing and reporting
Resolve data engineering issues and improve existing data flows
Integrate new data pipelines and enhance existing data views used by the business
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
Required profile
3 years or more experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst or hybrid role
Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipelines
Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
Solid understanding of data modelling and analytics use cases
Able to work autonomously and deliver in an existing data environment
