Our client is undergoing a major cross-functional transformation driven by the implementation of an Advanced Planning System (APS) to enhance demand planning, forecasting, replenishment and overall S&OP maturity across multiple countries.
This programme requires an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead the full Change & Adoption track, ensuring that new processes, ways of working and planning methodologies are effectively adopted throughout the organisation.
This is a business transformation, not purely a technology project.
Location: Nivelles area (3 days per week on-site)
Start Date: Mid-December or 15 January
Duration: 8 months (extension very likely)
Languages: French & English (both mandatory)
Interview Process: Two interview rounds – decision expected mid-December
Role Responsibilities
- Own the entire Change & Adoption workstream across all phases: Preparation → Specifications → Integration → Configuration → Testing → Go-Live.
- Apply a structured change management methodology (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent) and adapt it to the project’s needs.
- Analyse and translate process changes into clear business impacts across departments including procurement, demand planning, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, promotions, marketing, sales and finance.
- Build and execute the communication, engagement, training and readiness plans.
- Guide operational teams through the adoption of new S&OP processes and advanced planning workflows.
- Work closely with the programme’s project team and functional leads to ensure alignment between methodology and roadmap.
- Manage resistance, facilitate stakeholder alignment and maintain adoption progress throughout the implementation.
- Act as a senior Change Agent, providing challenge, structure and clarity to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
