I’m looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation programme within a banking environment, with a strong focus on digitalisation.

Location: Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)
Contract: Until end of 2026 (long-term)
Start Date: ASAP
Languages: English required (French or Dutch is a plus)
Daily Rate: Competitive

Responsibilities
🔹 Act as the bridge between Business and IT, translating functional requirements into clear specifications for development teams
🔹 Work closely with business stakeholders and end users to gather, analyse, and document requirements
🔹 Contribute to building a central orchestration layer (Java-based environment)
🔹 Produce high-quality functional documentation to support development and delivery
🔹 Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams
🔹 Manage a broad stakeholder landscape and drive alignment across teams
🔹 Play a key role in accelerating delivery within an experienced domain team

Profile
🔹 Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
🔹 Strong experience acting as a bridge between business and IT
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
🔹 Ability to influence and drive decisions in a large organisation
🔹 Experience with digital transformation / automation projects
🔹 Exposure to target architecture / solution design
🔹 Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
🔹 Knowledge or interest in GenAI technologies is a strong plus
🔹 Proactive, autonomous, and structured way of working
