Job Description: Freelance Software Project Manager for German Automotive Client

Location: Germany – North-Rhine Westphalia (Remote)

Job Summary:

One of my industry leading German Automotive clients are searching for a Freelance Software Project Manager to join the team, supporting on an Application Level project. You will be interfacing between the software department, the main supplier and the end customer. Main responsibilities will include interacting with cross functional teams for an entire part of the project.

Responsibilities:

– Planning and tracking the overall project according to automotive software and embedded systems

– Interface between Software Dev Team, Main Supplier and End Customer

– Organising and tracking feature planning

– Coordinating the requirements and schedules with the customer and overall project

– Prepares and presents regular project status

Requirements:

– Experienced in automotive software project management

– Understanding of embedded systems or projects on application level

– Ability to lead/interface effectively between different teams

– English and German speaking is desirable

Logistics:

– Start Date: ASAP

– Work Situation: Remote (occasional visits to North-Rhine Westphalia)

– Contract Length: 12 Months (option to extend)
