FP&A Expert | Ghent, Belgium | Hybrid (2 Days On-site) | Immediate Start
We’re partnering with a growing international IT organisation to hire an FP&A Expert to join their finance team in Ghent. This is a business-critical role with strong visibility across the organisation, working closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and senior leadership to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the commercial organisation
- Analyse and report on key revenue, customer and business performance metrics
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic initiatives
- Build financial models to evaluate pricing strategies, commercial opportunities and large customer agreements
- Provide guidance on revenue recognition and contract structures in line with IFRS 15
- Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Support board reporting and drive continuous improvements across reporting and planning processes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or a similar role
- 10+ years experience of working within finance, controlling, reporting, and planning
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting and business partnering
- Good understanding of revenue recognition principles and IFRS 15
- Experience within a technology, software or IT environment
- Strong analytical, modelling and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce or similar
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused business
