Forward Deployed Engineer (Healthcare Exp Required)

Overview
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with healthcare data to design and deploy software solutions using Palantir platform. The focus is on building production systems that solve real operational problems in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end software solutions using Palantir platforms 
• Integrate and normalize healthcare data from multiple systems
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on real-world clinical feedback
• Deploy production systems used in live healthcare environments
• Debug and support systems across data, backend, and application layers
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security requirements (HIPAA-aligned)

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background (Python, Java, C++, or similar)
• Experience with Palantir
• Experience building production systems or complex applications
• Ability to work across full-stack systems and integrations
• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Comfort working directly with non-technical healthcare stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems 
• Experience with APIs, data integration, or distributed systems
• Strong communication skills across clinical and technical teams
