What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out food inspections and audits in line with regulations
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and legislation
Producing clear, accurate reports and recommendations
Engaging with businesses to promote best practices in food hygiene and safety
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in food inspection, environmental health, or similar
Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance standards
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
