Food Safety Officer | Kent | Interim 6 months | ASAP start | PPI/Competitive DOE

We’re hiring an interim Food Safety Officer to support a busy Kent local authority. You’ll deliver programmed inspections, FHRS scoring, complaint investigations, sampling, and enforcement (notices/case prep/court). Strong HACCP and allergen knowledge essential; UK local authority experience required.
Must have: EHRB/CEFET registration or Higher Certificate in Food Control/Food Premises Inspection, full driving licence, and confidence with official controls.
Start: ASAP | Pattern: Field-based with hybrid admin days | Length: 6 months | Rate: PPI/Competitive DOE (IR35 TBC)
