A Council in the South West is looking for an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join their Food and Health & Safety Team on a temporary basis.
There are approximately 100 premises remaining for allocation, mostly Cat D establishments that require full hygiene inspections. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, generating reports, and assigning risk ratings. In some cases, you may need to issue a letter, though this is uncommon.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be EHORB registered
- Have experience conducting food hygiene inspections and responding to service requests
- Possess relevant experience in food standards and health and safety (preferred)
- Be available for an immediate start
