Fire Safety Surveyor – 6-Month Interim Contract
We are looking for an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month interim contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and identifying required actions.
- Undertaking Type 1 Fire Compartmentation Inspections (CFI).
- Identifying and overseeing fire safety remedial works.
- Raising and managing work orders for required remedial works.
- Reviewing FRAs and ensuring actions are appropriately recorded and progressed.
- Inspecting and managing carpentry/compartmentation works and associated fire safety remedials.
- Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed to the required standard.
Experience required:
Previous experience in fire safety surveying, FRA reviews, compartmentation, remedial works and housing/building safety is essential. Relevant fire safety qualifications and industry experience are highly desirable.
