Interim Finance Business Partner (3 months)
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Contract: Interim, full time (35 hours per week)

A Housing Association in London is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to provide additional support during a busy period. This 3-month contract is a great opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and driving performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with directors, senior managers, and budget holders to provide financial analysis, insight, and challenge.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial information is clear and actionable.
Produce monthly management reports and commentary, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Contribute to business planning and strategic decision-making with robust financial modelling.
Provide guidance and training to non-finance colleagues to strengthen financial accountability.
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
Strong business partnering skills with proven experience influencing non-finance stakeholders.
Solid management accounting and financial analysis background, ideally in housing, not-for-profit, or public sector.
Excellent communication, Excel, and financial systems skills.
Ability to work proactively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
