Service Engineer – Technical Problem Solver with a Customer Focus

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive Service Engineer to join our Warranty team.
What you’ll do:
Investigate and resolve technical warranty claims – analyze root causes, propose solutions, and recommend preventive actions.
Coordinate daily tasks and planning for field service technicians.
Communicate with customers via local sales teams and occasionally visit sites across Europe.
Support commissioning and troubleshooting, especially for systems with PLC controls (e.g. Modbus, BACnet, Profinet).
Read and interpret electrical schematics.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help drive product and process innovation.
What you bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or similar, with field or service experience.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving technical challenges.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English (German or French is a plus).
A hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership.
Interest or experience with PLC systems and communication protocols.
