Locum Family Solicitor – Essex | Hybrid/Remote Working Available
We are working with a respected law firm based in Essex seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to provide interim support starting 1st of August 2025. This is a 2–month contract initially, with the potential to extend.
Start Date: 25th July 2025
Location: Essex (Hybrid Working Available)
Duration: 2 month initially, with scope for extension
Rate: Competitive, DOE
The Role:
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
Divorce and separation
Financial remedy proceedings
Private children matters
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Domestic abuse injunctions
Key Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
Minimum 3 years’ PQE in Family Law
Experience handling private family matters from start to finish
Strong communication and time-management skills
Availability to start on or around 1st August
Willingness to attend the office where required
