I’m currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking a Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis for an initial 3-month period.
Key Duties:
- Handling a range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and new lettings
- Day-to-day estates management responsibilities
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification is preferred but open to someone with a year’s PQE.
- Registered Valuer status is not required
- Previous estates management experience is vital, with Local Authority background preferred but not essential
This role offers flexible working-with two days a week in the office, with the remainder of the time remote. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.
