Interim Estates Surveyor
A local authority client of ours is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join the Property and Estates team. You will play a key role in the effective management of our diverse property portfolio, supporting the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money estate management services across the authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of assets.
- Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord & tenant negotiations.
- Support strategic property projects and contribute to the council’s asset management plan.
- Liaise with internal service departments, external tenants, and partners to ensure efficient property use and compliance.
About You:
- Commercially minded property professional
- RICS qualified
- Proven experience in property or estate management
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, and property transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
