EMPLOYMENT LAWYER | North West
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking to bring in an experienced Employment Lawyer on a contract basis.
The role will be predominantly respondent-side Employment Tribunal work, with a particular focus on discrimination matters.
The role:
- Employment Tribunal claims through to final hearing
- Acting for the respondent
- Discrimination claims
- Advising HR
- Employment policy work
- Strategic employment advice
- Instructing Counsel where required
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years’ Employment Law experience
- Strong Employment Tribunal experience
- Experience taking matters through to final hearing
- Strong discrimination experience
- Local Authority experience preferred
- Private sector candidates with trade union experience also considered
Contract: Until December, with a strong likelihood of extension
Start: ASAP
Working: Fully remote considered, hybrid also available
Full-time and Part time: Both arrangements are considered
