Freelance Site Manager – 80MW Solar PV Project
Sicily, Italy | 12-Month Contract | September Start
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the construction of an 80MW solar PV project in Sicily. Candidates must have a strong electrical background with proven experience in utility-scale solar projects, including MV/LV systems, substations, and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Extensive solar PV construction experience
- Strong electrical knowledge (essential)
- Good understanding of civil and mechanical works
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, HSE, quality, and project delivery
Previous experience on large-scale solar projects in Italy is highly desirable.
