A client of mine are looking for an electrical project engineer to support on a large-scale data centre construction project in the north of Norway. Please see more details below:

- Contract type: Freelance / Umbrella
- Start date: February / March 2026
- Location: Northern Norway
- Contract length: 12 months
- Rotation: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
- Weekly hours: 12 hour days, 7 days per week while on rotation
- Responsibilities: To support the data centre project with electrical project engineering by reviewing designs (including markups and red marks), speaking to subcontractors, providing technical electrical expertise when on-site, check the quality of work carried out and that is is inline with regulations, liaise with other departments (planning, mechanical, HVAC etc.)
- Required experience: 5+ years experience working as an electrical project engineer / electrical supervisor / electrical project manager on large- scale projects. Experience in design review within the data centre, oil & gas, construction or process industry.
- Language Requirements: English-speaking
- Other details: Accommodation, transport and meals (when on site) will be provided by my client to go to site.
