About the Client:
Our client is an engineering-focused organisation delivering power and energy infrastructure projects across Germany. They are currently supporting a time‑critical HV project and require experienced electrical design support to strengthen the engineering team during the design phase.
Role Overview:
The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for delivering detailed electrical designs for 110 kV transformer systems, working closely with internal engineering and project teams. The role is design‑focused and suited to a contractor with strong HV power experience and hands‑on use of AutoCAD and EPLAN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical design of 110 kV transformer and high‑voltage power systems
- Creation and modification of electrical schematics, layouts, and design documentation
- Use of AutoCAD and/or EPLAN for design activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and project requirements
- Interface with multidisciplinary project stakeholders where required
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer
- Strong background in 110 kV transformer projects
- Practical experience using AutoCAD and/or EPLAN
- Ability to work in an English‑speaking project environment
- Available to start on 27 April and commit full‑time
