A Local Authority in the South East of England is looking for an experienced Electoral Services Officer to come into their team and assist with the upcoming elections. They have had someone depart their team, and so there is every chance this role carries on beyond the election, as the vacancy will still be there.
The RoleÂ
- Delivery of elections and referendums to strict legislative deadlines
- Managing and maintaining accurate electoral register data
- Responding to elector enquiries professionally and efficientlyÂ
- Liaising with political parties, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Start date ASAP
About You
- ​​​​​​​Someone with prior experience working as an Electoral Services OfficerÂ
- Strong Knowledge of the electoral system
- Past experience working with Xpress
- Maintains attention to detail and data accuracyÂ
- Available within 2 weeks
