Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to support our customer in Ghent. The successful candidate will take ownership of three internal business applications, ensuring their smooth operation and driving enhancements through change requests. This role requires a strong functional or business understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Dynamics 365 CRM, with any technical knowledge considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: Maintain and oversee the performance of three internal applications, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Change Implementation: Analyze, prioritize, and implement change requests in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements and timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system functionality.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of changes, configurations, and processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in application management or similar roles.
- Strong functional/business knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Technical understanding of these platforms is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
