As part of the Executive Management Team, you will work closely with the Board, Chief Executive, and senior colleagues to shape and influence corporate strategy.
You will provide strategic oversight and leadership to the Finance, IT, Factoring, and Procurement functions, driving improvements through innovation, collaboration, and empowering teams to create positive impacts for our customers and communities.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and improve the customer experience * Lead and oversee the Financial, IT, Factoring, and Procurement functions * Work in partnership with the Board and Executive Management Team to deliver on corporate goals.
