Job Description

One of our clients in the North West are currently looking for an aids and adaptations surveyor to join their home improvements team – they need a surveyor can start as soon as possible to assist in the delivery of their DFG (Disabled Facilities Grants programme).

Surveyors are expected to visit properties to identify how: ramps, stairlifts, wet-rooms, handrails, conversions, extensions etc can be implemented into a client’s property, with an expectation of the specification drawings for the project being completed either freehand or on AUTOCAD.

Away from on-site work, surveyors are expected to create a schedule of works for the project, liaise with contractors and ensure the project is progressing as initially targeted.

Additional Details:
Contract: 6 month contact.
Rate: £30-35ph
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37 per week
