About the Client:
Our client is an international organization delivering a large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementation to enhance customer engagement, sales, and service processes across the business.
Role Overview:
The client is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will manage delivery across multiple workstreams, lead both functional and technical teams, and ensure successful project execution aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementation (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules)
· Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, architects)
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership
· Drive planning, execution, and delivery using Agile methodologies
· Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking via Azure DevOps
· Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
· Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
· Ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Project Manager within Dynamics 365 CE projects
· Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
· Experience managing both functional and technical teams
· Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
· Fluent in English (mandatory)
