Start: ASAP | Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
I’m partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the South East who are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join their team on an interim basis for an initial 6‑month contract, with strong potential to extend.
In this role, you’ll support a busy debt recovery team with a varied caseload, including:
- Pre‑action work
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparing court bundles
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Assisting with matters progressing through the courts
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in debt recovery or litigation support
- Ideally previous local authority experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence managing a busy caseload
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
