Analytic Engineer
Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights? As an Analytic Engineer, you play a key role in designing data solutions that help organisations make smarter decisions. You’ll work at the crossroads of data modelling, analytic, and business strategy, translating raw data into valuable insights.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement robust data warehouses-from concept to deployment
Develop and maintain clean, scalable data models (star, snowflake, normalised)
Recommend optimal BI architecture and data platform solutions
Build and optimise ETL pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data processing
Create intuitive dashboards and reports that bring data stories to life
Present findings clearly to both technical audiences and business stakeholders
Your Background
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or comparable experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with data warehousing and modelling
3+ years working with modern BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Solid understanding of ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., SQL-based pipelines, SSIS, Airflow)
Expertise in SQL and experience with platforms like Snowflake, Big-Query, or SQL Server
Strong visual design skills and a knack for data storytelling
Fluent in both Dutch and English
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to make a positive impact
