As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Data Analyst to support the daily banking product team and strategy execution across their branch network.
Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in translating the daily banking product and owner strategy into actionable insights for their branch network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product and strategy goals into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and branch performance to support strategic initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Cognos, and Excel.
- Develop and maintain data queries using SQL, SAS, and Python to extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a data analyst or business analyst role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Experienced in SQL, SAS, Excel, Cognos, Power BI, and Python.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and compelling stories for business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
