We are looking for a senior professional who will lay the foundation for data-driven marketing growth, in the Netherlands and abroad. In this role, you combine technical expertise with vision, innovation and impact. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you are the point of contact for everything that revolves around marketing and customer analytics. You will develop powerful dashboards, perform in-depth analysis and build scalable frameworks that help us grow into new markets..
What you will do:
- Developing a scalable marketing analytics framework and associated processes;
- Providing strategic advice on channel mix, budget allocation and market growth – particularly in the context of international expansion;
- Leading and executing complex analyses and models focused on customer behavior, conversion and performance in multiple countries;
- Setting up measurement structures and KPIs with which teams can steer for impact;
- Translating insights into dashboards and tools in Power BI;
- Actively sharing knowledge within the team and acting as a thought leader in the field of marketing analytics;
- Initiating experiments and analyses to use marketing channels more efficiently and explore new markets;
- Identify trends and opportunities in personalization, AI, and automation, and implement them in practice.

Job requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in e-commerce or international retail;
- WO working and thinking level with a background in Econometrics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics or similar;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Databricks;
- Experience with Python and/or R for statistical analysis and modeling;
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows (e.g. GIT, Docker, GCP) is an advantage;
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management and translating complex data into convincing advice;
- A curious and innovative mindset: you know what is going on in your field and bring this to the organization.
