We are currently working with a small housing association in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
This client is currently on the lookout for a Damp, Mould, And Disrepair Surveyor to join her team directly reporting into the Damp and Mould Manager.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum level 4 Damp and Mould qualification or matching level of experience.
- Disrepair experience.
- Expert Witness qualification/experience (preferred).
- Experience on sites.
For this role you are expected to perform 4 inspections per day and write reports on site. You are not expected to go into the office (apart from for disrepair claims or major issues). You are not expected to go into court.
Highlights of this role:
- £30/hour.
- 6 month initial contract.
- 45p/mile site to site.
