Role Overview:
As a Product Owner for D365, you’ll help shape a comprehensive ERP strategy and turn it into actionable decisions that benefit the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, and once aligned, you’ll be empowered to drive initiatives forward. Your role involves managing the product backlog and translating user needs into effective solutions across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll ensure that ERP systems—primarily D365 Finance & Operations—enhance business performance by increasing revenue, streamlining processes, controlling costs, improving customer engagement, and delivering clear financial insights.
• You’ll deliver intuitive tools that genuinely support colleagues in their work. You’ll lead a dynamic team of internal and external contributors (ranging from 10 to 25 people), with a strong emphasis on planning, collaboration, and transparent communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Has leadership experience and motivates teams through a coaching approach.
• Possesses deep knowledge of ERP systems, especially D365 Finance & Operations.
• Is comfortable with project-based work and bridges the gap between business and IT.
• Thinks analytically and can translate complex processes into practical solutions.
• Communicates clearly and fosters collaboration across all levels of the organization.
