About the Client:
Our client is a mid-sized organisation based in the Netherlands, operating within an asset-heavy / operationally complex environment. As part of their digital transformation strategy, they are replacing a long-standing in-house ERP system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to improve scalability, reporting, and operational efficiency. The business has a strong growth trajectory and is investing heavily in modernising its technology landscape.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to support a full ERP migration programme. You will play a critical role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring a smooth transition from the legacy system to D365 F&O. This includes process mapping, data migration, system configuration, and supporting testing and go-live activities.
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the Netherlands alongside remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support the migration from an in-house ERP system to Dynamics 365 F&O
· Analyse and document current business processes and map them to D365 F&O capabilities
· Define and execute data migration strategy, including cleansing, mapping, and validation
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and implementation partners
· Support system configuration and functional design
· Assist with integration planning between F&O and other systems
· Participate in testing phases (SIT/UAT) and resolve functional issues
· Provide guidance on best practices and optimise system usage post go-live
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
· Strong background in ERP migrations, particularly from legacy or custom-built systems
· Experience with data migration tools and methodologies
· Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
· Strong understanding of finance and/or operations processes
· Fluent in English (Dutch is advantageous)
· Nice to have: Experience with Annata (industry solution built on Dynamics 365)

Duration: Initial 6–12 months (with possible extension)
Rate: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
