🚀 Customer Success Consultant – AI / SaaS | Ghent (Hybrid)

Following strong growth and increasing enterprise demand, a fast-scaling AI SaaS company is expanding its team. We’re looking for a driven Commercial Excellence Consultant to bridge strategy and technology, helping large organizations transform how they sell.

 

This is not a support role — it’s a strategic, high-impact position where you will directly influence how enterprise sales teams adopt AI and shift toward modern Solution Selling.

 

🔥 Your Impact

  • As a Commercial Excellence Consultant, you’ll be the key link between our AI platform and the strategic goals of enterprise clients.
  • Guide Sales Transformation
  • Lead the implementation of the AI platform within enterprise environments, ensuring it supports their transition toward Solution Selling.
  • Be a Strategic Partner
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence leaders to align AI capabilities with their sales methodologies and business objectives.
  • Define the New Standard
  • Help teams move beyond administrative busy work by leveraging AI to prepare meetings, uncover insights, and increase customer-facing time.
  • Drive Adoption & Change
  • Monitor how sales teams adapt to new processes. When adoption slows, identify whether the challenge is technical or change-management related.
  • Shape the Product Roadmap
  • Act as the strategic bridge between enterprise leadership and the engineering team, ensuring real-world sales challenges inform product development.
  • This role blends consulting, commercial strategy, change management, and AI-driven transformation.

 

🎯 What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting
  • Strong understanding of Solution Selling methodologies
  • Ability to translate strategic sales philosophy into practical daily execution
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a strong plus)
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Based in or near Ghent
