About the Client:
Our client is a Construction firm specialising in large-scale complex construction projects for industrial site buildings and data centers.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a CSA (Construction) QA/QC Site Lead profile with strong knowledge of all aspects of CSA to lead the quality onsite for a greenfield office building complex construction as well as data center construction projects in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- On a complex and large construction campus which will host new data centers, office buildings and more, you will act as the CSA Quality lead for all aspects of construction, initially for new office buildings and in the future for planned data center construction projects.
- Oversee quality for all CSA relating to building a new office building complex from the ground up – overseeing quality onsite for foundations, civil/structural, door packages, windows, walls, ceilings etc.. from start to finish.
- Oversee the workers doing visual inspections of the works to ensure everything is in line with quality standards, and pushing contractors onsite to match quality standards with their work.
- There is a quality plan in place but help to develop this further and ensure it’s implemented onsite by enforcing the QA/QC processes and procedures with all CSA packages.
- Prepare, review and approve ITP’s as well as other quality documents.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Identify and analyse any quality deviations, report quality issues and establishing corrective and preventative actions before enforcing these.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
- Create and develop a quality culture onsite to align with all client requirements, specifications as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and package managers to resolve quality challenges and further build the quality culture onsite.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience within QA/QC for CSA Packages.
- Experience working on building construction, data center construction or similar.
- English speaking.
