Job Title: CRM Project Leader
Location: Gent, Belgium
Remote Working: 50% remote working.
Project: Help select a new CRM solution, before leading the implementation of the project.

About the Client:
Our client is a leading food and drink group operating across Europe.
Role Overview:
The role is to join the client as a CRM expert, understand the requirements and utilise your CRM knowledge to select a few provider options, once the CRM solution is selected you will lead the negotiations with the solution provider and an implementor during the RFP process, before leading the implementation project group wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the client’s current environment, gathering requirements associated with the CRM environment.
- Once you’ve gathered requirements, use your knowledge of the CRM market to narrow down a few different solutions to best fit the requirements.
- Discuss with the various solution providers you’ve selected during the RFP process, to get the best fit solution from each provider, before creating a high-level project plan for each with costs etc.. presenting to the board for a final selection.
- Once the board and yourself have selected the solution, you will negotiate and finalise contracts with both the provider and implementor, before leading the project.
- Co-ordinate with other ongoing projects for the digital transformation program, and all other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project.
- Organise trainings etc.. for a smooth transition later in the project.
- Report back to senior management on the project, and utilise your CRM knowledge to ensure the program is being implemented according to client requirements and to the best standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Leader for CRM projects.
- Strong knowledge of the CRM market.
- Ideally experienced in the food and drink sector.
- English speaking.
