Vivid Resourcing are working with an SRA regulated law firm in Manchester who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Sales and purchases of properties
- Lease renewals
- Transfer of equity
- Deed of gift
Contract length – 3 month rolling
Weekly hours: 37
Office presence: one day in office per week
Rate: £40-50ph
