Vivid Resourcing are working with a firm in North Wales who need someone to cover a period of maternity leave in their residential property department.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:
- Freehold and leaseholds
- Sales and purchases
- Transfer of equity
- Remortgages
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified lawyer/solicitor. Open to experienced conveyancers
- Able to provide office presence at least a couple of times per week
- Be able to start a new role in the next few months
- Have recent residential property experience
Weekly hours: Full-time or part-time
Contract length: 12 months
